“God’s Gifted Hands” Prayer Shawl Ministry

will meet Friday, September 24, at 10 am in the church office. This is a good time to work on the caps for Seafarers. Caps are due 10/15/10 at SBA office.


A men's and youth boys breakfast has been scheduled for

starting at 8am

Guest Speaker Jim Crittendon. 

It will last about 1 1/2 to 2 hours. 

The "McDonald's Breakfast Club"  will be cooking. 

Menu is: pancakes, bacon and sausage, coffee, milk and juice.

The Haven of Rest will be here with a truck parked outside. Start going through your garage and closets and bring your items to the church that morning to put on the truck for

the Haven of Rest thrift store.

Senior Adults need to be at the church and ready leave for the Fall Jubilee 2010 in Gatlinburg, TN no later than 7:45 am. If you have any questions please see Dewey.





Don't forget our SEPTEMBER

Mission Project is: “Good Neighbor Cupboard”

Their needs are: Cereal, Canned

Vegetables, Rice, Peanut Butter, Soup, Jelly, Grits
 The Good Neighbor Cupboard feeds 120 families per week. With the unemployment rate so high, donations are down and needs are higher.

Haven of Rest Transformation Life Center
This is a rehabilitation program for men.
Their needs are:
